The greens are recovering nicely
since last week’s aerification and verti cutting. Today we made another fertilizer application
to push along the healing process. We
will continue mowing at .130 and rolling to help with the smoothness. I feel the heavy rate of topdressing is the key
to the current smoothness and playability of the greens. We received a lot of good
comments from the 110 members that played Sunday.
